In 2019, our company, Spots, embarked on an innovative partnership with a leading travel agency called Tripservice. Together, we created an application that would revolutionize ticket management for businesses. This groundbreaking application, known as BENV (Bilhetes Emitidos e Não Voado - Issued Tickets Not Flown), aimed to address a prevalent issue faced by numerous companies, particularly in Brazil.

One of our notable clients, JBS, exemplifies the significance of BENV. For large corporations like JBS, keeping track of unused tickets posed a significant challenge. These unflown tickets often represented a substantial credit amount that could be reclaimed from the respective airlines. However, retrieving this information was a tedious task, requiring manual effort and meticulous record-keeping.

With BENV, we sought to streamline this process and provide companies with a user-friendly solution. By incorporating an Excel upload feature, businesses could easily import their ticket numbers, allowing BENV to calculate the total credit amount due. This application became indispensable, enabling companies to have accurate insights into their unflown ticket inventory.

To achieve this, we leveraged the power of the three most widely-used airline web services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accurate data retrieval. As the front-end developer for BENV, I had the privilege of utilizing React.js to create the application's administrative portal. This portal served as a centralized dashboard, offering a range of features to manage and analyze ticket information effectively.

In addition to my role in the front-end development, I also contributed to the architecture and integration of BENV with our airline suppliers. Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals, we ensured seamless connectivity and real-time data synchronization between the application and the airlines' systems. This synergy was vital in providing users with up-to-date and reliable information.
